Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and BNV Homecare Agency (“BNV Homecare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.bnvhomecare.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

- Harass, intimidate, or threaten our employees or agents.
- Attempt to bypass measures designed to restrict Site access.
- Copy or adapt the Site’s software or code.
- Reverse engineer or disassemble any part of the Site’s software.
- Use any unauthorized automated system to access the Site.
- Use a buying or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site.
- Collect user information (e.g., emails) for spam or unauthorized accounts.
- Use the Site to compete with us or for any commercial purpose without consent.
User Generated Contributions
The Site does not offer users to submit or post content publicly. However, we may provide you with the opportunity to send us communications, feedback, suggestions, or other information (collectively, “Contributions”). Contributions may be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By providing Contributions, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to provide such Contributions.
- Your Contributions do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or rights.
- Your Contributions are not false, misleading, or unlawful.
- Your Contributions do not contain offensive, harassing, obscene, or harmful material.
- Your Contributions comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
We do not claim ownership over your Contributions. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights, but you grant BNV Homecare a license to use your Contributions for business purposes.
Third-Party Websites and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. BNV Homecare is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites. Accessing such sites is at your own risk, and their terms and policies will apply.
Privacy Policy

Term and Termination

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and BNV Homecare. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
BNV Homecare’s failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
